Terms & Conditions Guidelines:
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand prior to booking an appointment. Although the following contains a good deal of information, it is imperative that each client understand everything prior to booking an appointment. Note that before booking an appointment you will be asked to sign the current Terms and Conditions. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to book your Nicoblading appointment.

-Must be am 18 years of age or older to receive services. 

-I understand if I am sick or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that I should reschedule or cancel my appointment. If I arrive for my appointment with symptoms of an illness, Nicoblading will refuse service. 

-All deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. 

-My Eyebrows are Virgin, meaning they have never been tattooed in the past.

-We are unable to extend sessions beyond the original appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and it is required to make another deposit to rebook. 

-Please be courteous of others and be on time for your scheduled appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule, we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time.

-I understand if I need to reschedule my appointment, I will text or email nicoblading@aol.com to confirm a new date. I am allowed 1 reschedule under the same deposit. A 2nd reschedule will forfeit existing deposit and require a new deposit. 

- I understand that if I cancel 48 hours before my appointment a cancelation fee of $75 will be charged. A new appointment will require a new deposit. 

-Be sure to understand the Cancellation Policy. If you cancel or no show without at least 24 hours’ notice, you will get charged the remaining service balance fee. 

-Please understand that when you do not give us enough notice or no show to your appointment, we miss the opportunity to offer the newly appointment to another client. As a courtesy, we will send you an email appointment reminder 3 days prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

-Guests or pets are not allowed inside the salon. If you need transportation or someone to accompany you, I will have them wait for you outside during procedure. 

-Like any tattoo, this is a multiple-step appointment process. The initial and a touch up appointment, 6 - 18 weeks apart. It is your responsibility to book your appointments. 

-Nicoblading reserves the right to any photographs taken during session as samples of their work for promotion

-Results vary per individual and there are no guarantees. Pre and aftercare instructions, skin type, age, scarring, lifestyle, facial products, medication, old tattoo, etc. factor in healed results. 

-A thorough consultation is done during the scheduled appointment. In that time, I will properly be able to assess brows. We will go over Education of Services, Aftercare, and Brow Outline. If we decide to change your service to something else, I can do so during that time. If you would like to consult prior to the appointment, it will be a $15 consultation charge, not included in the initial service fee. Aftercare instructions are always reimplemented at the end of service.  

-It is the client’s responsibility to read our CLIENTS WHO ARE NOT CANDIDATES / THINGS TO AVOID BEFORE APPOINTMENT to make sure they are medically eligible for each procedure. We take our clients safety very seriously.

-Appointments may be postponed due to the county and VA State mandated COVID 19 business closures. 

-If you choose to cancel the appointment because of postponement, this will result in a forfeit of the deposit, and any future appointments will require a new deposit. 

-If client come to the appointment with any of the conditions listed, the appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
